About the position

The Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist I provides patient centered service as an imaging technologist in Computed Tomography. Under the direction of the radiologist, the CT Technologist performs CT exams and procedures with minimal supervision, at a technical level. The CT Technologist administers ionizing radiation for adequate diagnostic quality while abiding by ALARA guidelines and meeting all regulatory requirements in providing safe and appropriate care.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT exams and procedures under the direction of the radiologist.
- Administer ionizing radiation for adequate diagnostic quality.
- Abide by ALARA guidelines and meet all regulatory requirements.
- Provide patient-centered service as an imaging technologist.
Requirements
- Graduate of JRCERT accredited school of Radiology.
- Radiology License Radiology Registration IEMA license in Radiography, Radiation Therapy or Nuclear Medicine Radiology.
- Registration from American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).
- Registry American Heart Association (BLS).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
