About The Position

At the direction of a radiologist operates computed tomography (CT) and related equipment. Performs CT studies according to specific guidelines, prescribed protocols and utilizing appropriate radiation protection measures. Reviews images; archives with associated patient data. Interacts with imaging personnel, nursing and medical staff, patients and visitors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of current clinical experience in diagnostic radiology preferred.
• Post high school completion of an ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program required.
• ARRT registered RT (R) in diagnostic radiology required.
• Current State of WI license as a Radiographer required.
• Advanced certification in CT required within 18 months of hire/transfer.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent required within 90 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of college/university coursework and/or an undergraduate degree in a healthcare related field preferred.
