Under general supervision, the CT Technologist 2 is responsible for conducting three-dimensional (3-D) post-processing, triaging patients, exams, and performing Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) Computed Tomography Angiography (CTA) for adult patients. This position can also perform more technical exams and provide support and guidance to lower-level classifications. The role involves working with clinical students as needed, following HIPAA and corporate compliance guidelines, and is capable of producing the work of the lower-level classification. The CT Technologist 2 is the journey-level classification in the CT Technologist classification series.
