The CT Technologist is responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures ordered by the physician.â¯CT Technologistâ¯are responsible forâ¯day-to-day activities to ensure the delivery of quality patient care in a diagnostic/therapeutic environment. Requirements

Must be a graduate of an accredited 24-month Radiological Technology Program.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, current.
ARRT registered; CT Certification orâ¯acquiredâ¯within 6 months
1-3 yearsâ¯minimumâ¯CT Experience

Responsibilities

You willâ¯demonstrateâ¯the knowledge and skills necessary to provideâ¯appropriate careâ¯for patient populations served inâ¯the department.
You willâ¯demonstrateâ¯knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span andâ¯possessâ¯the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's requirementsâ¯relativeâ¯to his/her age-specific needs.
You will assess patients/familiesâ¯ability to learn and incorporate teachingâ¯throughout CT procedure.
You will deliver compassionate, holistic care, while supporting the rights and dignity of all patients
