Conducts individual and group training courses and activities. Is involved in designing new training offers. Conducts individual and group CT technical training courses and activities for employees and customers. Delivers education using various training methodologies (classroom, online and virtual trainings). Identifies customer's needs. Responsible for installation, startup, corrective and preventive maintenance for CT equipment in our training facility. Completes development of new course materials. Understand customer / industry needs and trends through close alignment and regular peer engagement and collaboration to best identify technical content needs to achieve EDC goals. Performs trainings or organizes and supervises trainings services for clients. Reviews feedback and modify/revises course materials as instructed. May provide technical support in case of complaints.

Requirements

  • High level CT technical product knowledge.
  • Understanding of healthcare marketplace, preferably relative to CT, Radiology, and Imaging Departments.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, ability to present.
  • Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization.
  • Must be results-driven, action-oriented and passionate about making a positive customer impact while balancing business needs.
  • Training experience is preferred.
  • Associates, BS or BA in related discipline or equivalent experience as applicable to role.
  • Typically, 5+ years of successful experience in related field.
