Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology
- 1 Year radiologic technician experience w/out ARRT-CT or no experience w/ARRT-CT
- ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Upon Hire
- ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists CT (w/no radiology technician exp) Upon Hire Or ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists CT (w/1 year radiology technician exp) 12 Months
- GMRT - General Medical Radiologic Technologist either by the TDH or TMB Upon Hire
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly
- Communication, computer, venipuncture skills
- Working Indoors 67% or more
- Explosive Hazards 1-33%
- Chemical Hazards 1-33%
- Radiation Hazards 67% or more
- Wet Hazards 1-33%
- Tasks involving exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues
