About The Position
CT/X-Ray Tech assignment for a 16–32 week contract with 12-hour night shifts. This role requires flexibility to cover both CT and X-ray modalities and may involve floating to another nearby campus as needed. The schedule includes every other weekend or adjustments based on patient care demands. The CT unit utilizes a Philips Ingenuity 64 scanner, while X-ray services include GE systems with Fuji digital plates and a Philips portable unit. This position is ideal for an experienced imaging professional who can adapt to a dual-modality role in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation is strongly recommended due to limited access to public transit, especially during winter months.
Requirements
- Prior travel experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience (5 years preferred)
- ARRT (CT)
- ARRT (Radiography)
- BLS
- New York injection certification
- New York state license (active at time of submission or proof of application with applied date)
- EPIC experience within the last 2 years
- Explanation for all employment gaps over 90 days
- Complete work history (including facility details such as bed count, EMR systems, and facility type)
- Block scheduling is not permitted
