The Imaging Department at St. Anthony Summit Hospital runs with 30-35 certified imaging technologists and encompasses seven different modalities including: CT, MRI, Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography, DEXA, Echo and soon we’ll be expanding to include a Cardiac CT program. We all operate as a unified team, support each other, and encourage cross-training. As a smaller hospital, we also collaborate closely with all other departments to seamlessly to ensure exceptional patient care. Job Summary and Responsibilities $40 0/month Summit County housing stipend available for full time residents of Summit, Park, Eagle, Grand, Clear Creek, Lake, and Chaffee Counties . We provide quality patient care to all patients within the medical imaging department. In this role as a CT Technologist you will:

Requirements

• One year of related experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• ARRT(CT), ARRT(N), ARRT(T) or CNMT registry required or State CT registry
• ARRT(R) with CT training required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association required
• Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s Degree strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality images and exams on patients while maintaining the sensitivity to patient needs.
• Follow standards of safe radiation practice.
• Demonstrate leadership for other associate technologists.
• Act as a clinical resource to unit personnel.
• Assure current standards of practice for the unit.
