About The Position

Provides patient care services via CT exams/procedures utilizing computed tomography as prescribed by physicians. Applies principles of radiation protection. Provides patient care essential to CT procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate of an AMA accredited radiologic technology program.
• Must be ARRT registered; advanced CT registry is preferred, if not must complete within two years of assuming position.
• BLS certified.
• Competency in the science and art of radiologic technology and in the components of computed tomography.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT exams/procedures as prescribed by physicians.
• Apply principles of radiation protection during procedures.
• Provide essential patient care during CT procedures.
