The position involves operating a computed tomography (CT) scanner to produce cross-sectional radiographs of a patient's body for diagnostic purposes. The role includes participation in quality assessment and continuous quality improvement activities, ensuring compliance with all appropriate safety and infection control standards. The individual is expected to perform all job duties and responsibilities in a courteous and customer-focused manner, adhering to the Hurley Family Standards of Behavior. The work is conducted under the overall supervision of the departmental director or designee, who reviews the work for conformance to established policies, procedures, and standards. Additionally, the individual may receive medical supervision from the Medical Director of Radiology or designee.
