About The Position

The CT Tech at Miami Valley Hospital North is responsible for independently performing computed tomography (CT) procedures. This role requires the use of proper techniques and the administration of contrast media, all while adhering to the scope of practice and licensure requirements. The CT Tech coordinates patient flow and manages the activities of the CT scanner, ensuring that all equipment is maintained in good working condition. Additionally, the position may involve performing procedures in other imaging modalities or at different facilities as needed, and may include on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Allied Health with a major in Radiologic Technology.
• CPR Certification required.
• ARRT RT (R) registry required.
• ODH licensure required.

Nice To Haves

• CT registry preferred.
• One year experience or additional training in specialized field of CT.

Responsibilities
