Position Schedule Rotation: Week 1: Sun, Thurs-Fri; Week 2: Mon-Wed; Week 3; Mon-Wed; Week 4: Thurs-Sat Hours of Work Weekdays: 4:00 p.m to 12:00 a.m. Weekends: 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. About this Unit Shifts for this position are 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. CT technologist will perform X-ray one weekend a month 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. We offer a paid cross-training opportunity for those interested in transitioning from X-ray to CT! Scope of work Provides healthcare services, applying cross-sectional computed tomography (CT) imaging and all related duties to assist diagnosis or treatment. Performs CT procedures, computer processing and related techniques, producing images for the interpretation by; or at the request of a licensed practitioner. Provides appropriate patient care and recognized patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure. Acts as a role model for comprehensive care, addressing the physiological, and socio-cultural needs of patients and their families and acts as a resource to other radiology employees in managing complex issues. Assures equipment is present and accounted for at the beginning and end of each shift.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate's Degree
• Graduate from accredited Radiography program.
• CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Must remain in good standing with ARRT Upon Hire required Or
• CRT-Nuclear Medicine Technologist - NMTCB Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board Must remain in good standing with the NMTCB Upon Hire required Or
• CRT-Nuc Med Technologist (N) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Must remain in good standing with the ARRT (N) Upon Hire required
• AHA OR ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire
