About The Position

Expert MRI is a leading medical diagnostics provider specializing in general orthopedic imaging and neck and spine injuries. Leveraging the latest science and technology, we deliver advanced injury diagnostics with state-of-the-art services that ensure both accuracy and efficiency. We are currently seeking a CT Supervisor to join our team and support our continued growth. The CT Supervisor is responsible is responsible for functional and operational oversight and clinical services for Expert MRI. Staffing, Technologist assessments and general supervision clinical team of technologist. Essential Day to Day: Maintain high visibility at imaging centers with understanding of staff morale and workload. Maintain relationships with referral partners and patients delivering excellent customer service. Work with Radiologists creating and maintaining excellent protocols and manuals for all modalities. Create excellent working relationships with management and technical and administrative staff in each location. Maintain a safe environment for patients, technologists, and radiologists. Ensure compliance with all HIPAA guidelines. Provide ongoing and timely communication to management regarding site and staff performance. Will perform regularly scheduled technologist duties (i.e. scanning patients) Staff Management Workforce planning, identify staffing needs through assessment and staffing models and properly hire, onboard and oversee training to maximize efficiencies. Scheduling and shift management, the manager will create and manage employee scheduling. Responsible for content of clinical staff training and routine staff meetings, providing adequate resources. Collaborates with multiple departments on metrics, clinical programs, and trainings that will improve the quality of care provided to our patients along with decreasing costs. Works proactively and collaboratively across the organization to ensure overall business objectives are met and supported. Manage staff performance evaluations, compensation requirements, and other necessary activities in retaining a top performing team. Ensure all technologists are compliant with CEU credits, have appropriate registries, updated CPR credits and all other education requirements.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in radiologic technology; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of radiology experience, multiple modality registries preferred.
  • 3 years of direct management experience in a radiology environment
  • Strong computer literacy experience including Microsoft Office Suite
  • ARRT
  • CRT
