About The Position

Performs CT scanning examinations, contributing to the efficient operation of the department and promoting the philosophy, to ensure the quality and continuity of patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiology Technologists as a Radiology Technologist and/or CT Technologist.
• Prior experience preferred; extensive on-the-job training.
• Ability to operate CT equipment.
• Manage patients during radiology procedures.
• Knowledge of exams using contrast agents.
• Knowledge of radiographic equipment and radiation safety.
• Flexibility to work overtime and on-call duty as required.
• Understanding of age-related developmental issues from Neonate to Geriatric.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Effective communication with patients, visitors, and employees.
