About The Position
This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus. POSITION SUMMARY Maintains a high degree of accuracy in radiographic positioning and exposure technique. Maintains knowledge about radiation protection and safety. Prepares for and assists the radiologist in the completion of intricate radiographic examinations. Radiographers are the primary liaison between patients, radiologists, and other members of the support team.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: 2-year certificate or Associate Degree
- Minimum Experience:
- Required Certification: ARRT and BLS
- Required Licensure: TDH and MRT
- Skills: Computer experience preferred; typing and medical terminology
- Note – Required certifications are to be completed by 3 months of employment.
