About The Position
Join Red River ENT as a CT RAD TECH and play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking a dedicated professional to utilize advanced imaging technology in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Current ARRT certification and state licensure in Radiologic Technology.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in CT imaging preferred.
- Strong understanding of anatomy and imaging techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Proficient in using imaging software and electronic health records.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT scans while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with physicians to discuss imaging results and patient care plans.
- Maintain and operate CT imaging equipment according to safety protocols.
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and answering questions.
- Document and maintain accurate patient records and imaging results.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment for the imaging department.
- Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards in the imaging department.
- Participate in continuous education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
