This role combines product marketing and market positioning responsibility for the Dual Source CT portfolio with business development for Cardiac CT across the entire CT Portfolio within the United States. The position sits within the SOMATOM CT Portfolio Product Management team and plays a key role in driving both portfolio success and cardiac CT growth. The position will work closely with external customers and internally with field sales, especially CT product specialists, service, education, and both inbound and outbound global product management, while also supporting strategic adoption, utilization, and expansion of Cardiac CT from clinical, operational, and financial perspectives. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, healthcare-related field (e.g., radiologic sciences, medical imaging, life sciences, nursing, or equivalent) or a related field is required.
  • Previous experience in healthcare marketing, product management, or business development is highly desirable.
  • Previous clinical experience in Cardiac CT imaging (e.g., technologist, clinical applications, cardiac imaging specialist, or equivalent) is strongly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and set clear priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Capability to think both strategically and tactically, with the ability to influence decision-making within a matrix organization.
  • Demonstrated strong customer orientation, high energy, motivation, and a willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to implement short-term business plans, achieve goals, and execute product roadmaps.
  • Experience in analyzing marketing and sales data to identify competitive advantages of CT products and educating colleagues and customers about these benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Lead downstream marketing for the Dual Source CT portfolio within the SOMATOM CT product line
  • Own U.S. market positioning, messaging, and value propositions
  • Translate global product strategy into U.S.-specific execution
  • Serve as the voice of the U.S. customer into global product lifecycle discussions
  • Develop marketing collateral, case studies, customer testimonials, and sales presentations
  • Provide sales education, competitive intelligence, and deal support
  • Interface directly with Global Product Lifecycle Management teams
  • Lead business development strategy for Cardiac CT across the U.S.
  • Identify growth opportunities including new account penetration and service line expansion
  • Partner with Sales leadership on go-to-market strategies and account prioritization
  • Collaborate with Clinical and Scientific Affairs on education, evidence generation, and KOL engagement
  • Align product capabilities with clinical value and customer economics
  • Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and adoption barriers
