About The Position
The Human Resources Internship at CSX is a 10-week program designed to provide interns with comprehensive exposure to various HR functions. Interns will rotate through different departments, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), Benefits, and Human Resources Business Partner roles. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop essential skills, interact with key leaders, and contribute to meaningful projects, ultimately preparing interns for a career in Human Resources.
