Requirements

  • GED or High School Diploma
  • 5+ years of related experience with successful development and management of field projects and supervising staff.
  • Willingness to Travel
  • Able to perform manual labor.
  • Ability to lift and carry 60 pounds, work in confined spaces, and work under inclement weather conditions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Valid driver's license, safe driving history and reliable transportation are required.
  • Thorough understanding of safe work practices in accordance with OSHA regulations.
  • Track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and demonstrate integrity and responsibility
  • A true champion for health and safety that will promote and enforce Apex H&S policies
  • Observe and evaluate the performance of stormwater compliance crews in terms of executing scopes of work and provide feedback for improvement
  • Ensure crews are properly maintaining company equipment and other assets
  • Reports to the Commercial Stormwater Southeast Region’s Stormwater Compliance Manager
  • Help mentor Compliance Crew Foreman and Crew Technicians
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Some overnight travel is required
