If so, Pathways to Life, Inc. is ready for YOU. 💼 What You’ll Do (AKA Your Superpowers) As our Community Support Team (CST) Team Lead, you’ll be the heartbeat of your team—balancing clinical leadership, direct care, and operational excellence. Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Human Services or related field
  • Full or Provisional Licensure in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, etc.)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in mental health / CST or similar services
  • Leadership mindset with ability to supervise and develop staff
  • Strong documentation, time management, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Ability to thrive in both the field and office environments
