About The Position

Seeking a Surgical Technologist or surgically experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to serve in surgery at Essentia Virginia Hospital in Virginia, Minnesota. This CST or LPN works 24 hours weekly.

Requirements

• Graduate or Certification from accredited surgical technologist program OR graduate of accredited practical nursing program with surgical experience.
• Valid state license to practice practical nursing.

Responsibilities

• Functions under the supervision of an RN in providing technical interventions in the Operating Room to patients of all ages.
• Responsible for tasks relating to instrumentation, equipment, prosthesis, and supplies.
• May perform other duties as assigned by the department.
