About The Position
The CST/CCS Project Service Coordinator is a full-time, exempt position within the Human Services Division, specifically in the Behavioral Health section. This role is pivotal in designing, overseeing, and coordinating the implementation of the Coordinated Service Team (CST) and Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) programs. The coordinator will be responsible for integrating these initiatives into other Human Service agency programs, including Children Disability (CLTS/B-3), Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Behavioral Health. This includes project data collection, evaluation, and ensuring that services are performed effectively. The coordinator will orient participants, service providers, and the community regarding the program's nature and goals, explaining roles, responsibilities, treatment costs, and consumer rights. They will assist in developing policies and training approaches to incorporate CST/CCS values into the Human Services Department's work, establishing consistent measures for program development, implementation, evaluation, and monitoring of project outcomes. Regularly scheduled team meetings will be facilitated to conduct comprehensive assessments of the strengths and needs of children and families, ensuring effective service planning and implementation. Additionally, the coordinator will ensure the completion of necessary paperwork, including assessment data, service planning, advocacy, outreach, and coordination of direct and support services. They will provide intake services, assessments, and evaluations for all program referrals for CLTS. This position requires flexibility in working hours to support programs and events, as well as the ability to respond to crises at various locations countywide.
