About The Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of processing update requests, receiving discrepancy material, and ensuring timely response to internal/external customers' requests to achieve customer satisfaction goals. Daily Responsibilities Assist in the daily aspects of order processing, fulfillment, receiving, and customer service. Provide quick and accurate responses to interoffice emails and emails from customers. Assist in generating reports. Work with different departments, like receiving, depot, planner and shipping to fulfill the customer's requests on timely basis. Provide estimate delivery time if the request can't be made on time Warehouse Efficiencies Lift and move trays up to 20 lbs Stand for extended periods Builds and maintains a work environment that is positive and supported by open feedback and two-way communication at all levels. Keeps warehouse always organized and clean.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Should have at least one year of general office experience
  • Intermediate computer experience is required
  • Basic electronic device knowledge is required
  • Works well with a team and exhibits effective communication skills essential to providing instructions and suggestions about order processing flows to all associates including management
  • Pays close attention to detail to identify order discrepancies and resolve issues with variances
  • Possesses clear knowledge of computer ordering systems and has ability to navigate and troubleshoot computer systems as necessary
  • Goal oriented and must be accustomed to achieving results through team-work

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer one to two years of customer service experience
