In this position, you’ll play an important part in helping hard-working families understand their coverage options. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating scheduled appointments with members who’ve asked for benefit details Leading virtual consultations by phone or Zoom to break down their available choices Discussing their needs and helping them identify the most suitable plans Building long-term relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up Following a step-by-step training program designed to help new representatives succeed Setting and reaching personal goals, with a clear path into leadership as you grow This is a role built around education and service, not aggressive selling. Your job is to guide people, answer questions, and help them make informed decisions with confidence.
