Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions. Ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date. Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex customer issues or escalate unresolved issues as necessary. Work together to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional service. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements and data protection guidelines.
