Your responsibilities include: Scheduling appointments with individuals who have requested benefit details Leading virtual meetings (Zoom or phone) to review available coverage Understanding client needs and helping them match with the right plans Maintaining communication to support long-term relationships Following a proven training system designed for success, even for beginners Working toward personal goals, with pathways into leadership for those who want to advance This is not a high-pressure sales environment.
