You must always maintain a professional manner when dealing with customers and quickly find solutions to ensure their satisfaction. Daily job tasks Answer phone calls, enter customer information into software system, coordinate schedule based on customer needs, process requests, prepare paperwork for escalated calls, and fulfill customer needs to ensure full customer satisfaction, while following company procedures in an office environment.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
• Ability to handle sensitive customer concerns while proactively recommending solutions that meet the customer and company needs.
• Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.
• Requires a high school diploma and/or equivalent.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• HVAC industry knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge or proficient with ServiceTitans is a plus
