About the position

The CSR will be responsible for handling customer interactions, managing data entry tasks, and utilizing Excel for data tracking and reporting. This role requires strong customer service skills, accuracy in data processing, and proficiency in Excel formulas to support daily operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in both English and Korean.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized customer records.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF statements, pivot tables, conditional formatting) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Process customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and document processing.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Korean and English (both verbal and written communication).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of Excel formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience in data entry and customer service is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer relations skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
