Responsibilities

  • Deepen relationships with customers by listening to their specific needs and guiding them to meet their financial needs.
  • Provide follow-up to customer questions and find solutions to address issues.
  • Maintain open and clear communication with customers.
  • Keep all customer business confidential.
  • Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
  • Perform daily office responsibilities to maintain efficient operation.
  • Maintain a balancing record in line with policy and correct outages as needed.
  • Stay updated on bank policies and financial center procedures.
  • Handle consumer and business customer problems professionally.
  • Identify customer needs and refer them to Bankers and business partners.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of Retail products and services.
  • Utilize tools for tracking referrals sent to personal bankers and business partners.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Experience with extensive cash handling.
  • Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public.
  • Knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
  • Ability to take initiative and demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Flexibility in scheduling.
