The primary duties of the CSR & Personal Banker position is to perform a variety of basic and advanced financial transactions including, but not limited to: Receive and process all customer transactions and requests for service within all retail functions. Address customer questions quickly and efficiently. Greet, direct and assist walk-in customers, vendors, etc. Answer phones, route calls and inquiries to appropriate staff, respond to questions, etc. Maintain and verify adequate working funds within normal level of variances. Count, wrap, and bag coins. Open, maintain and close various types of deposit accounts. Serve as escalation point and resolve issues related to customer accounts.
