BASIC FUNCTION Responsible for performing Customer Service Center duties including assisting customers as well as providing direction and supervision to CSRs and CSCRs as determined by CSC management. Provides quality customer service and actively participates in the Bank’s new Business Development activities including outbound customers service and sales calls.
