About The Position

The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience with our company. You will play a key role in building customer trust and supporting cross-functional collaboration to deliver outstanding service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2–3 years of experience in the lawn care, turf, or landscaping industry
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Comfortable working directly with customers — in person or over the phone

Nice To Haves

  • Bonus points if you have sales experience, turf management, or horticultural experience and education

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and help customers place orders
  • Support our sales team - become a true partner with them
  • Help customers find the right products for their needs
  • Pitch in with packing orders in the warehouse when needed
  • Be a go-to product expert — customers will rely on your knowledge
  • Coordinate shipping and freight logistics
  • Jump in to help solve customer issues quickly and professionally
  • Keep track of customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Assist with pricing updates and supplier relations
  • Help create a great team vibe focused on collaboration and improvement
