About The Position

R & T Yoder Electric, Inc. is looking for a CSR/Dispatch Lead. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with an attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects at one time. Good customer communication is a must. This hands-on role is responsible for a variety of responsibilities including assisting with the onboarding of new customers and jobs, and scheduling of production labor. As a CSR/Dispatch Lead, you will earn a competitive wage of up to $60,000/yr, depending on experience. Plus, we offer a $300 sign-on bonus! Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience as an CSR/Administrative Assistant
  • At least 4 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Nice To Haves

  • Service Titan experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding new customers and jobs via good phone customer service
  • Assist Project Managers in the scheduling of field production labor
  • Assist Technicians with job, material, and customer solutions
  • Assist with Permitting tasks
  • Work with the production, purchasing and management staff as a team to bring projects from conception to completion.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
