About The Position

We are seeking an Entry‑Level Data Analyst to support artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives. This role focuses on reviewing images and video footage, identifying key details, and accurately documenting and labeling data within an AI software platform. The information you document will help train and improve AI systems that analyze camera footage. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with some prior data analyst or IT experience who are looking to grow their technical skill set and gain hands‑on experience in the AI space.

Requirements

Some prior Data Analyst or IT experience
Technical Support (Tier 1 experience preferred)
Data entry and data analysis experience
Customer service and troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work with large volumes of information
Comfortable working in SaaS‑based software platforms

Nice To Haves

IT experience or strong technical aptitude
Experience with Photoshop or image manipulation software
Familiarity with computer‑aided drafting (CAD)
Exposure to SQL, SaaS platforms, or networking concepts
Strong documentation skills
Ability to learn new tools and software quickly

Responsibilities

Review, read, and/or watch images and video footage to identify relevant information
Accurately document and label details within an artificial intelligence program/software
Code, tag, and label large volumes of data for machine learning purposes
Review files for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Make adjustments and updates within the software as needed
Follow documentation standards to ensure high data quality
Complete additional training as required
