The Customer Service Representative (CSR) position at Sal's Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Sewer, Inc. is a full-time role focused on supporting the daily operations of the company through effective communication and coordination within the call center. The CSR will be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling technicians, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

  • Administer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Daily scheduling of HVAC and Plumbing technicians.
  • Follow-up with Service Technician or Installer to ensure all administrative documents are submitted and finalized in Service Titan.
  • Follow-up with clients and staff to ensure services are completed and issues resolved.
  • Perform a variety of office/clerical duties as necessary.
  • Schedule and coordinate multiple activities.
  • Accurately enter information into multiple computer systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Bilingual communication skills
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills
  • Experience with Service Titan program preferred
  • Familiarity with home improvement services
