Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.

  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while interacting with customers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills is required.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to work under pressure will contribute to your success in this role.
