About The Position
Key Responsibilities: Oversee order entry, verification, and shipment confirmations Manage all routing activities, including submitting routing requests and reviewing customer routing guides Schedule pickups and delivery appointments with carriers and distribution centers Coordinate LTL, FTL, parcel, and container shipments Ensure accuracy of Bills of Lading (BOLs), ASNs, labels, and shipping documentation Monitor on-time shipment performance and resolve carrier or routing issues Serve as the escalation point for customer inquiries and shipment concerns Work closely with warehouse operations to prioritize orders and meet shipping deadlines
