Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by answering phones and assisting customers with inquiries.
• Prepare quotes using pricing software.
• Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently.
• Perform finishing work including bookbinding, stapling, cutting, padding, and collating.
• Package work for pickup or shipping according to specifications.
• Read and interpret work orders to ensure correct processing of jobs.
