Responsibilities

• Assist with building and maintaining partner program materials, guides, and resources
• Support tracking of partner engagement, performance, and program metrics
• Help coordinate channel communications, including updates, newsletters, and training reminders
• Contribute to the creation and optimization of channel enablement processes
• Collaborate with channel managers and cross-functional teams to support partner initiatives
• Conduct research on partner trends, best practices, or competitive programs
