About The Position

We're looking for an innovative and data-driven CSO to lead our long-term strategic initiatives, market positioning, and cross-functional innovation. This role will help define our future direction, identify new growth opportunities, and ensure organizational alignment through structured planning and execution oversight.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree is marketing or business development
  • 10+ years of strategic experience in a similar environment, management consulting, or investment banking
  • A proven collaborator within a global business, who can coordinate and influence a collective team-based client relationship across complex matrix structures, organizations, and different cultures, both internally and externally
  • As a real strategist, you are an individual who is passionate about creativity, who has experience at developing integrated brand and communication strategies aligned with business targets
  • You understand how our clients’ businesses operate, how it grows, what its drivers, barriers, opportunities, and threats look like, and how creativity can impact these
  • Someone who knows how to gain trust, create a culture of respect, and build true partnerships
  • Action oriented and full of energy for challenges, not fearful or acting with a minimum of planning; steadfastly pushes self and the department for results
  • Digitally savvy
  • You have expert knowledge and strategic thinking to offer a strong point of view on the direction of product, marketing, supply chain, and operations
  • You have a proven track record of developing global strategies across multiple markets
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and internal leaders with good political instincts
  • You can demonstrate a proven track record of leading and delivering creatively inspiring, business-driving briefs
  • Analytical mindset shown to drive metrics and benchmarks to ensure continuous
  • Innate curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit
  • A passion for coaching and teaching with partnership mindset and the ability to have the necessary tough conversations

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine corporate strategy in partnership with CEO and leadership team.
  • Identify emerging industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive threats to inform strategic decisions.
  • Evaluate and prioritize expansion opportunities, including new markets, product lines, and partnerships.
  • Oversee strategic planning processes and drive execution of company-wide initiatives.
  • Lead M&A exploration, partnerships, and business development opportunities.
  • Develop and track KPIs to monitor strategy effectiveness and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Aligh internal departments around key initiatives and ensure resource optimization.
