Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience using ServiceNow
  • Expertise as a CSM Implementation Specialist
  • Experience in solution design and architecture using best practices and out-of-the-box capabilities
  • Integration experience with Mid Server, OAuth, REST, and third-party systems
  • Proficiency with Flow Designer, Workspaces, and Agent Configurable
  • Prior experience working on high-availability, mission-critical systems
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the development and design of distributed systems
  • Background in financial services, specifically corporate cash management, is desirable
  • Familiarity with AWS services such as Amazon MSK, Apache Kafka, ECS, S3, IAM, and AWS X-Ray

Responsibilities

  • Develop full-stack applications with attention to security, design validation, and the SDLC framework
  • Collaborate with product managers, business operations, and engineers to define product requirements and objectives
  • Participate in system design consulting and platform management
  • Manage multiple tasks and use sound judgment when prioritizing
  • Update and maintain documentation for team processes, best practices, and runbooks
  • Demonstrate passion for technology and engineering
  • Apply exceptional analytical skills and experience to make creative and commercially viable decisions
