Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience using ServiceNow
- Expertise as a CSM Implementation Specialist
- Experience in solution design and architecture using best practices and out-of-the-box capabilities
- Integration experience with Mid Server, OAuth, REST, and third-party systems
- Proficiency with Flow Designer, Workspaces, and Agent Configurable
- Prior experience working on high-availability, mission-critical systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the development and design of distributed systems
- Background in financial services, specifically corporate cash management, is desirable
- Familiarity with AWS services such as Amazon MSK, Apache Kafka, ECS, S3, IAM, and AWS X-Ray
Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack applications with attention to security, design validation, and the SDLC framework
- Collaborate with product managers, business operations, and engineers to define product requirements and objectives
- Participate in system design consulting and platform management
- Manage multiple tasks and use sound judgment when prioritizing
- Update and maintain documentation for team processes, best practices, and runbooks
- Demonstrate passion for technology and engineering
- Apply exceptional analytical skills and experience to make creative and commercially viable decisions
