  • Responsible for KPI's related to material availability.
  • Support service contract commitments/targets are being met.
  • Maintain/improve cooperation between local, regional and central supply chain teams for optimal execution.
  • Drive the material availability against the agreed targets for the EUV business line.
  • Develop and improve relevant performance reporting to all stakeholders US EUV region.
  • Primary contact to FMA & Service management organizations in Veldhoven (The Netherlands), to ensure the right planning and material availability, including critical material management.
  • Monitor critical materials and ensure effective site coverage, collaborate with FMA to determine actions to improve healthiness.
  • Manage US Spartan planning events, for all relevant Parts and Tools Optimization to ensure material efficiency supporting sustaining (ROP) & UIR activities (PDL - pre-define list).
  • Oversee US continental 0-bin risks with proactive actions taken to avoid/minimize material impacts towards an extreme long down (XLD) event.
  • Support and drive the business decision or demand enrichments in US for EUV Business line.
  • Manage and improve internal stakeholder relationships, communication and performances on a day-to-day basis.
  • Meet with and provide reports while supporting continuous improvements.
  • Drive operational collaborative operational indicators together with customer teams.
  • Drive US EUV regional alignment meeting together with the team.
  • Own the reporting towards our CSCM and CS management.
  • Assist in support to reach the cost target for the CSCM cost drivers.
  • Drive Cost reduction programs for EUV in the US region.
  • Drive process standardization and efficiencies via LEAN.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering, Supply Chain or another relevant field.
  • Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant field experience in a complex customer oriented (logistics) environment.
  • Knowledge of business complexity, supply chain and/or relevant industry.
  • Experience in defining and implementing of new processes across the supply chain against agreed costs, proven record on (continuous) improvement-projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Knowledge on Materials Requirement Planning (MRP).
  • Familiar with ERP.
  • Experience with SAP, Power BI and Copilot is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with a drive for results and the ability to perform under pressure and tight timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact effectively with diverse teams and customers.
  • Service-minded and customer-focused.
  • Advanced data analysis and problem-solving abilities; identifies bottlenecks and drives improvements.
  • Demonstrates ownership and accountability; result-driven in all aspects of work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
  • Able to learn and apply new information and skills quickly.
  • Maintains attention to detail and high accuracy in completing assignments.
  • Capable of working independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision.
  • Remain flexible in providing after hours support, as needed.
