About The Position
The position involves supervising and maintaining individual and group control during all SATF activities, such as cleaning, attending classes, studying, counseling sessions, serving meals, and participating in recreational activities. The role is responsible for preventing and reporting incidents of escapes, self-injury, and aggressive behaviors among residents. The individual will conduct visual checks, maintain records, report rule infractions, and participate in case staffing with counselors and medical staff. The position also includes enforcing sign-in and sign-out procedures, ensuring fire and safety protocols, processing new residents, conducting urine screenings, and maintaining facility cleanliness. The role requires attending mandatory training and providing guidance to residents while communicating with other staff members.
