About The Position
This is a hybrid role, however onsite training is required in Lynn. The position provides a high level of customer service to all Online Banking end users. The role involves using strong written communication skills to reply to internal and external email inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. The individual will serve as a service liaison between Eastern Bank Online customers and all third-party service providers. Responsibilities also include processing new online account set-ups and performing ongoing maintenance to existing online accounts. The position handles all online banking call volume for the Customer Service Center and may assist other areas of the call center on an as-needed basis.
