About The Position
The Citi Solution Center (CSC) Site lead coordinates and manages all site-related activities and events. This role will report into the NAM Cluster CSC Network Lead and will provide direct support to the site head and collaborate with site businesses and site leadership teams. The network site lead also shares best practices with other global CSC sites and implements programs in the Gray location. This includes managing ad-hoc projects, town halls, employee engagement programs, presentations, reporting, and site culture initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly client-focused, possess high energy, be an 'outside-the-box' thinker, and have a proven track record of strong influencing skills and commitment to achieving results. They will be self-motivated, able to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions and possess strong customer service and relationship management skills with senior leaders and partners.
