Position Overview We are seeking a CSAT Structures Technician to support the mechanical and structural assembly of satellite hardware. This role focuses on precision installation of structural components, panels, brackets, fasteners, and mechanisms that make up the satellite structure. The CSAT Structures Technician plays a critical role in ensuring structural assemblies are built correctly, torqued properly, aligned to specification, and free from damage during integration. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, strict adherence to procedures, and the ability to recognize and escalate issues before they impact flight hardware. This position is assigned to Shift 2-Nights: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 p.m.–4:30 a.m. (4x10s). Depending on business needs, this role may also have opportunities on Shift 1- Days: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. (4x10s).
