About The Position
The Elementary Teacher is responsible for creating and implementing a flexible program and classroom environment that is favorable to student learning and personal growth. This role involves developing lesson plans consistent with established guidelines, establishing effective rapport with students, staff members, and parents, and motivating students to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge to provide an effective educational foundation in accordance with each student's ability.
