About The Position

Civil / Structural / Architectural Superintendent Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for civil, structural, and architectural works. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Manage subcontractors, manpower, and equipment allocation. Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules. Report progress, risks, and issues to Project Manager. Resolve on-site technical and coordination problems. Lead safety toolbox meetings and enforce site regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
• 4+ years of construction experience with at least 2 years in a superintendent role.
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural works.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with ability to manage subcontractors.
• Familiarity with construction scheduling and reporting systems.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment.
