Requirements

  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office and Outlook software

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting visitors at the front desk and routing incoming phone calls
  • Scheduling interviews and running background checks for recruitment
  • Managing the payroll system by entering new associates, correcting punches, and documenting absences
  • Entering transactions into an expense tracking report and submitting invoices/checks
  • Collecting and depositing rent payments
  • Printing training forms and documenting completed trainings
  • Running reports of overdue trainings
  • Submitting various forms such as associate changes, meeting minutes, injuries, garnishments, and employment verifications
