Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 5- 8 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in data center or industrial projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of CSA disciplines and construction methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing CSA works in alignment with project timelines.
- Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure CSA scope meets specifications.
- Prepare and manage project documentation including RFIs, method statements, technical submittals, and drawings.
- Monitor site activities for compliance with safety standards and design intent.
- Support inspections, quality audits, and commissioning activities.
- Track non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Draft meeting minutes, decision logs, and weekly progress reports.
- Maintain accurate records of CSA deliverables and approval cycles.
- Assist in preparing as-built documentation and handover packages.
- Help update the project risk register and mitigation plans.
- Document deviations, incidents, and delays affecting CSA milestones.
